Compliance and Risk Governance Professional

Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality compliance and risk governance services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior governance and/or risk roles, with a proven track record of building profitable and sustainable pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals in providing exceptional company secretarial services.
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives to grow the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) business.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to identify opportunities for new products, service lines or sectors relevant to the market.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in senior governance and/or risk roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience building a profitable and sustainable pipeline.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing teams and experience coaching and developing junior team members.
