We are seeking compassionate **Independent Support Workers** **to join our team and support our NDIS participants residing in** Supported Individual Living (SIL)** **accommodation.

We currently have a variety of **morning**, **afternoon **and **night-duty** **shifts available at our **SILs** **in **Bayswater (Avenell) **and **Manning (Kelsall)**.
- As an **Independent Support Worker,** you will provide empathic person-centred care for our participants, that aims to strengthen their skills to live the life they choose.- Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when assisting participants with daily living activities; all the while fostering their independence and autonomy, encouraging social engagement and community participation to enrich their quality of life (when appropriate), as well as when working as part of an inter-disciplinary team.Now... to ensure our staff and residents get to experience your brilliance, it is ideal if you possess:

- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or Cert IV in Disability
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
- full working rights in Australia
