**The Position**:
The Global Mobility Coordinator provides essential support to SIRVA's corporate clients in managing the designated client's personnel who are relocating for an international assignment. The GMC serves as the primary point of coordination for international assignees for the delivery of various assignment management services offered under their employer's international assignment policies and procedures
Duties will include management of relocation assignments, policy counselling, liaise with client Human Resources, database maintenance, organising travel, insurance cover, transport and accommodation arrangements, customer and assignee liaison, reconciling and authorising invoices, high level of phone customer service, handling assignee enquiries as and when they arise.

**Skills & Experience**:
**To be successful in this position**:

- Previous Mobility industry experience or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
- Previous experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essential
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
- Be highly organised with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
