Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Global Mobility Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for administering global mobility activities, including visa management and compliance for new and current employees.
  • This role involves supporting the progression of all immigration and visa matters.
  • The successful applicant will provide expert advice and support on global mobility and destination services for internationally recruited employees, hiring managers, and internal customers.
  • They will also provide timely updates and advice to hiring managers during the onboarding process.
  • This role requires daily administration of mobility-related tasks, including processing relocation invoices and maintaining accurate records.

  • Attention to detail and ability to coordinate inquiries and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • A sound understanding of immigration processes is desirable.
