**As a Steward you will be joining our exciting Kitchen team, and will be responsible for**:

- Assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Washing equipment using commercial dishwasher
- Cleaning and maintaining all Food & Beverage outlet's work areas, materials and equipment ensuring each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operational equipment
- Ensuring the back of house operations run smoothly
- Complying with Workplace Health and Safety and Manual Handling

**Experience/Skills required for this role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a 4-5 Star Hotel advantageous
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Effectively manage your time and follow instructions
- Enjoy a fast paced hotel environment.
