Each day, our Customer Service team handle around 600 calls and schedule over 350 transport tasks.

We're looking for a **Customer Service Centre Supervisor** for a **Permanent Full-Time** role based in **Derrimut, VIC**.

As the supervisor of this team of 5 in the Derrimut Customer Service Centre, you will:

- lead and motivate your team to meet our customers service standards
- work closely with Key Account Managers, and the Production and Transport teams, and your team to check stock, schedule deliveries, and allocate trucks to jobs throughout the Melbourne metro area
- use software to take sales orders for recycled concrete aggregates and road base products
- act as a relief call taker or dispatcher as required

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday-Friday 6.30am - 4.30pm
- Up to 2 x half day Saturdays per month

**You're a great fit, if you**:

- Have experience leading a high-performing call centre
- Have experience with telephone-based logistics
- Are proficient with technology (MS Excel, Outlook, and online software)
- Have excellent time management and organisation skills
- Are good with numbers and calculations
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience in both call-taking and dispatching (preferable)

Experience with quarry products, aggregates, construction materials or concrete would be great, but we can train you in that.
