Project Administrator
to support our Development team within the Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support that enables successful project outcomes.
What You'll Do
As our
Project Administrator
, you will:
Manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate financial documentation and timely payment
Maintain project registers, financial records, and filing systems
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and development applications
Retrieve and organise data from accounts systems to support project tracking and reporting
Coordinate meeting packs, submissions, and approvals for the Development Director and Managers
Monitor project action items, ensuring deliverables are met on time
Provide seamless administrative support that contributes to on-time project delivery
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who brings:
Proven administrative experience (property development, construction, or professional services highly regarded)
Strong skills in accounts systems (raising purchase orders & processing invoices)
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A proactive, solutions-focused, and service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
Desirable
Familiarity with the property development process
Experience with document or project management systems
Finance, accounting, or bookkeeping qualifications/experience
