Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the field of sales and technical support.

They will be responsible for designing tailored solutions, delivering impactful demonstrations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive business outcomes.
About the Role
Job Description:
The successful candidate will engage with customers to understand their business and technical challenges, conduct discovery sessions, architect solutions, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Solution Design & Documentation:
The individual will participate in gathering requirements, create technical documentation, and evaluate opportunities from a technical feasibility standpoint.
Collaboration & Execution:
They will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align technical strategies with sales initiatives.
Requirements
Pre-Sales Experience:
3-7 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Technical Skills:
Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
