Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented technical solutions specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable technical solutions across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Leverage expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and other technology stacks to build and enhance integrations and extensions.
Work across the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment, to ensure technical solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.
Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale or complex systems, identifying risks and interdependencies across systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security.
Strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules.
Strong application knowledge on Core HR and at least one other HCM module.
Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite), particularly Core HR, Payroll, SSHR modules along with a deep understanding of related business processes.
