Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Case Manager APS5 to join a high-performing federal government team.Canberra, ACT | 12 months l Baseline ClearancePosition descriptionProvide advice and assistance on policy and procedural documents in a specialised work areaAssess and analyse Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) applicationsPrepare accurate and timely case summaries to support ART case managementMaintain accurate records and file supporting documentation in relevant business systemsPrepare and lodge tribunal documents in compliance with statutory timeframesProvide support in managing interlocutory applications, including instructing internal legal representativesIdentify and manage risks, including privacy and urgency considerationsDraft responses for complaints, ministerial correspondence, and other documentationContribute to the training and mentoring of new team membersEnsure work aligns with legislative and procedural frameworksKey Capabilities Strong analytical and assessment skills for reviewing ART applicationsHigh attention to detail in recordkeeping and document preparationAbility to manage and prioritise multiple competing tasks under tight deadlinesKnowledge of administrative decision-making within statutory frameworksExperience in preparing formal legal or tribunal documentationRisk assessment capabilities, particularly in relation to privacy and sensitive mattersStrong legal research and writing skills for complaints and formal correspondenceProven ability to support legal case preparation and procedural mattersMentoring and coaching capability for new staffCompetence in using case management and recordkeeping systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and accountabilityPosition Requirement / qualification Baseline clearanceAustralian citizen If you would like to be considered for these roles, this is a great opportunity to tell Randstad about you.Please click "Apply Now"At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
