You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that may include:Content Creation: Drafting and editing high-quality content for a range of channels, including web, intranet, social media, and internal publications.Strategic Support: Assisting in the development and implementation of communication plans and campaigns.Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support communication objectives.Media Support: Assisting with media inquiries, drafting media releases, and preparing briefs for senior executives.Digital Management: Managing digital channels and using data analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities.Key Skills & ExperienceWe are seeking individuals with a proven track record in communications who can demonstrate the following:Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging way for diverse audiences.Collaborative Mindset: A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong working relationships.Problem-Solving: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality content.Relevant Experience: Experience working in a communications role, ideally within the public sector.
