**About Us**:
TSM Contractors is a respected civil construction company specialising in NBN and Telstra infrastructure builds. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and delivering results across our telecommunications projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Team Leader to join our growing team.

As a Civil Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and working alongside your crew on NBN and Telstra projects. This hands-on role will involve coordinating daily tasks, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met on site. Occasional away work will be required, an attractive LAFHA will be paid.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a small civil crew on NBN/Telstra projects
- Operate and supervise civil works including trenching, pit and pipe work and cable hauling
- Liaise with supervisors and project managers
- Complete site documentation and reporting
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Drive and operate MR-HR licensed trucks as required

**Requirements**:

- **MR or HR Truck Licence (Essential)**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in civil telecommunications (NBN/Telstra projects preferred)
- Experience leading a crew or strong leadership capabilities
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Must be a punctual team player
- Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance
- Ability to read and understand site plans and scopes of work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
