**About the job**:
As one of our national marketing coordinators you will undertake all general marketing activities locally in our Melbourne office and use your strengths in events, digital content preparation, sponsorships, merchandise and build the Mazars brand on a national level.

Working closely with our National Marketing Manager based in Brisbane, you will coordinate the local deployment of marketing activities in our Melbourne office and work as part of a national team to execute our marketing strategy.

In this role you will undertake the following on a local level:

- Preparation and coordination marketing materials in line with branding guidelines and strategic objectives - including but not limited to brochures, written content, digital assets, business cards, presentations, videos, photography etc.
- Prepare, co-ordinate and report on distribution of external and internal communication as required
- Maintain marketing database
- Coordination of strategic initiatives outlined by National Marketing Manager
- Coordinate integration tasks for local office
- Maintain stock inventory of promotional merchandise for Melbourne office
- Report generation on client data and preparation of referral gratuities, as required

In addition, on a national basis:

- Coordinating in person and virtual events nationally - maintaining calendar, scheduling events, event preparation which could include assisting with invitations, RSVPs, sound checks, run sheets, presentations, event communications, powerpoint presentation support, briefing local teams and measurement etc.
- Coordination of national sponsorships -working with National Marketing Manager to leverage benefits with Chambers of Commerce and other strategic partnerships, coordinate activities, communicate with key stakeholders, measure and track outcomes
- Media relations and comms support - Working with the National Marketing Manager, coordinate content and communication to increase awareness of Mazars in Australia in line with strategic initiatives including press releases, articles, submissions, interviews etc.
- Provide general support across our multi-channel marketing program to increase awareness of Mazars in Australia together with the national marketing team.

**About you**:

- Relevant marketing qualification (highly desirable)
- At least 1 years full time experience in marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
