As the National Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the support and execution of the national marketing plan to deliver key business and brand objectives for Anaconda.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Working cross-functionally to facilitate and manage the implementation of multi-channel campaigns – including but not limited to online, social, POS, catalogue, broadcast, press and SEM ensuring a fully optimised and seamless end-to-end customer experience
  • Manage campaign briefs, timelines, workflow and approvals to ensure the timely delivery of all marketing activities
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in the marketing plan and initiatives
  • Responsible for the alignment of all Brand Communications to Brand vision, strategy, and adherence to brand style guide
  • Support the wider Marketing team and work closely with the National Marketing Coordinator and National Brand & Campaign Manager

About You
  • At least 3+ years' experience in a similar Marketing role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Experience and understanding of the retail environment desirable
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Passion and knowledge of outdoor Camping, Fishing & Hiking products desirable
