Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated National Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives across our national store network.

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail marketing professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of retail marketing campaigns across stores nationally. You will work closely with external partners, shopping centers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution.

You will also manage marketing materials for new store openings and collaborate with in-store teams to understand campaign impact and gather feedback.

Additionally, you will assist in localizing national campaigns to suit regional audiences and maintain campaign schedules and assist with reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives across the national store network
  • Liaise with external partners, shopping centers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution
  • Manage marketing materials for new store openings
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to understand campaign impact and gather feedback
  • Assist in localizing national campaigns to suit regional audiences
  • Maintain campaign schedules and assist with reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in retail based marketing
  • Experience working with shopping centers or retail partners
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and confident using marketing tools/platforms
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands (a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
