**The Role**

The Commercial Operations Assistant supports the Commercial Operations Manager with daily operational execution, ensuring efficient supply to our commercial partners across Krispy Kreme ANZ, supporting our merchandisers with in-store execution at our grocery partners from the delivery phase through to merchandising.

Every day at Krispy Kreme presents different challenges and while you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet them all, there are some tasks that will form the backbone of your work as a Commercial Operations Assistant.
- Proactively monitoring of logistics operations and merchandising standards on a daily basis
- Perform weekly merchandising audits using online data to monitor display unit cleanliness, price ticket and promotion compliance, and display unit locations.
- Execute change where the above measures are not met including re-educating driver-merchandisers on best practice
- Ensure display units are positioned in optimal locations in store by providing driver-merchandisers with repositioning directions
- Train driver-merchandisers on Krispy Kreme food safety standards and SOPs
- Maintain an asset register of all display units and cabinets
- Execute maintenance of display units and cabinets as requested by driver-merchandisers.
- Support Commercial Operations Manager with KPI data and insights on merchandising performance.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in any field or appropriate industry/professional experience
