Business Manager

Job Overview:

The role will oversee commercial and contract management aspects of a transportation project in a Public Private Partnership model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Leadership Team in ensuring Commercial governance.
  • Assist the APAC Leadership Team in developing policies for commercial activities.
  • Manage project operations in alignment with established governance frameworks and financial plans.
  • Establish a framework for managing project contracts.
  • Provide guidance on commercial issues and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate commercial terms in contracts.
  • Negotiate contract changes and claims with clients.
  • Lead assessments of contract changes and claims.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in managing commercial aspects, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or projects.
  • Familiarity with Public Private Partnerships would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in project contract administration and costing.
