Based in Carlisle, we are seeking an individual to join our friendly office team in the role of Administration Officer. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the office workflow.

This is a permanent part-time role within our company - 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday (30hrs p/w) with an attractive fortnightly wage.

**To be successful in this position**:

- You must be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the Microsoft suite including SharePoint.
- Must have previous experience of at least 12 months, in an Administration role is desirable.
- We are also looking for a team player who displays diligence, honesty & integrity and who is motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.

**In your new role your main responsibilities will include**:

- Invoicing, staff onboarding, maintaining compliance documentation;
- Creating and monitoring jobs within our system - SBO, general office upkeep.
- PA duties for the Managing Director.
