Shape a new hotel from the ground up– Be part of a pre-opening team and play a critical role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for owners, Hyatt, and the guest experience.Lead with purpose– Work in a collaborative, people-first environment where sustainability, community engagement, and wellbeing drive everything we do.Make an impact beyond the hotel– Lead sustainability initiatives, safety programs, and compliance measures that positively contribute to the community and environment.Support & Collaboration– Work closely with Hyatt's Opening & Transitions team with regional Hyatt support to ensure you have the tools and resources to deliver a standout pre-opening experience.About The RoleAs a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be a key leader in the guest experience at Talk Shop and Grab & Go, guiding the F&B team on the floor during service.
You'll act as a lead host—bringing the brand to life through warm, people-first interactions and helping the team create moments of connection that feel effortless and real.You will supervise shifts with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager or Manager on Duty, ensuring operations flow smoothly and every guest touchpoint exceeds expectations.
