Customer Service Host

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Host to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure seamless table management, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

About You:
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • You will be responsible for clearing tables, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, and providing information on menu items and specials as needed.
  • Liaising with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service is also an essential part of this role.
  • You will be handling customer complaints or requests professionally, processing payments, and issuing receipts as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers at tables.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Provide information on menu items and specials when required.
  • Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Handle customer complaints or requests professionally.
  • Process payments and issue receipts as needed.
