We're looking for Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team—people who bring energy, warmth, and confidence to every interaction, and who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be the heart of the guest experience, delivering bold burgers, fresh bowls, and great vibes, all while supporting self-led service through kiosks, QR ordering, and Grab & Go. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Role and Responsibilities

- Act as the lead host in Talk Shop and Grab & Go, setting the tone for genuine, unscripted guest experiences.
- Run the shift, guiding and supporting the F&B team with energy, clarity, and care.
- Ensure service standards are upheld while bringing individuality and creativity to the guest journey.
- Demonstrate full menu and beverage knowledge, helping guests with descriptions and recommendations.
- Take ownership of service recovery using the LEAST model and close the loop on any guest concerns.
- Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless and connected experience.
- Support the delivery of small group events and activations in The Gathering Place.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of inclusion, fun, and continuous improvement.
- Champion sustainability practices and waste reduction in day-to-day operations.

What you will bring to the role

- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a hotel, café, or casual dining venue
- A guest-first mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to train and guide others
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support other departments when needed
- A passion for bringing a brand to life through authentic service and leadership
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holiday
