Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Wpc Group - Apprenticeships & Traineeships Full time

WPC Group are looking for an organised and dedicated individual to undertake a Service Advisor Business Traineeship with Australasia's leading supplier of road transport equipment for the general freight, temperature controlled freight and bulk transport market sectors.

This opportunity will see you working with an industry leader within their service team. The successful applicant will need to have good communication skills, problem solving skills and a keen customer service ethic are essential, as this role primarily deals with external suppliers and customers, in and around all invoice queries and issues.

**About the Role**:

- Work under the guidance of experienced service advisors; act as the liaison between customers and the service technicians.
- Providing quotes for vehicle service and repair.
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Gain hands-on experience working alongside a knowledgable and supportive team

**About You**:

- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about a career in business
- Friendly with a positive can do attitude
- Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12 month Traineeship
- A great team worker with good organisation skills
- Drivers Licence or close to obtaining is preferred
