To continue this success, **Berwick Mitsubishi** is seeking a **Trainee Service Advisor**, to join their vibrant Service Department

To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong ongoing long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with the Service Customers. The extensive training program and ongoing support allow for guaranteed success

**What You'll Do**:

- Initiate engaging conversations with our customers, identifying their requirements and assisting them with service enquiries and bookings
- Maintain meticulous records of your interactions and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach
- Liaise with the service technicians as required
- Focus on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
