This position will be based in Buderim/Sunshine Coast, supporting a Queensland Government department.

We are seeking a Program Support Officer (AO3) to provide professional, efficient and effective communication support to assist the client's Stakeholder Management Team. This role is offered with full-time hours on a one-year contract (with the opportunity for extension).

**About the Role**
As a Program Support Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Provide administration and logístical support to the Stakeholder Management Team
- Assist with data entry of the team's interactions and notes
- Develop and maintain office support through databases and spreadsheets
- Assist and support with engagement activities, including logistics of events
- Monitor, manage and triage correspondence and urgent request
- Coordinate, research and prepare information, including reports, data and briefing materials (as required)

**About You**
- Previous experience in collaborative position, including data entry (desirable)
- Attention to detail and high degree of confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
