About the Role
- Undertaking financial tasks including processing invoices and payments, operating SAP and producing SAP reports, providing advice to the team leader regarding program expenditure and revenue
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of events and working with other officers within the team to provide good quality service
- Providing information, advice and support to Award volunteers, participants and parents throughout the State
The Program Support Officer reports to the Principal Program Officer, Queensland Award Operating Authority.
About You
**The suitable applicant will require the following skills**:
- Strong understanding and experience of financial processes
- Experience in using SAP
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders in a professional and positive manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- The ability to review work, identify gaps
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
