**Job Description Summary**: As the CT Applications Specialist at GE Healthcare you will be responsible for providing the formal technical and clinical support from the sales process through to post installation within Australia and New Zealand. We are open to this role being based in NSW or VIC and will require a **high volume** of planned and unplanned travel within Australia and New Zealand as required.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Providing expertise anywhere from product demonstrations, to implementation and on-going support.
- Developing, coordinating and delivering product training to customers and build solid customer relationships.
- Producing well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- Improve customer satisfaction and install base retention through continuing education on optimisation of equipment utilisation by customer.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences with educational training
- Increase brand awareness by leveraging social media platforms
**About You**:
Your communication skills and presentation skills will be pivotal to your success. You understand how to influence others both verbally and in writing, and you are flawless at knowing how to communicate at all levels of an organisation. You're a master in your technical field and no question is too complex for you, even if you do not know the answer immediately you know exactly how to find it.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography / Medical Radiation science (Bachelor of Applied Science in Diagnostic Imaging).
- Radiation Licence (IA14/G1) or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated skills in scanning on current products / platforms.
- A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
- Demonstrated clinical scanning skills in specific modality
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven professional business acumen and strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Current GE product experience desired
- Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
- Demonstrate behaviours including empathy, humility, integrity, and resilience
