**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a high level Dispatch Coordinator to join our Yarraville team. Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor you will be responsible for exceptional service in the daily operations of distribution centre, along with transport management, scheduling, stock allocation and customer engagement. stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as the liaison between customers, carriers, drivers and installers
- Maintaining the daily truck schedule and developing efficient route plans
- Complete the SAP goods receipt process and delivery dockets as required
- Process accurate despatch paperwork for stock transfers, deliveries, and customer pickups
- Participate in safety initiatives and risk reduction processes
- Experience within a despatch, scheduling or transport role
- High level of problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
- An understanding of the Chain of Responsibility principles and laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience using SAP is preferred, along with Excel and Word.
