The Greenhouse in Newstead is our 3rd Brisbane restaurant, currently under construction and scheduled to open in November 2025.
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to work alongside our Group Operations Manager to launch this exciting flagship venue in Newstead.We require a manager who can operate and lead with excellence and quality.
This venue will accommodate 200 guests and will serve a contemporary Australian menu, prepared at a hatted level.Responsibilities include:Managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgets.Leading, training, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.Possessing excellent knowledge of European and Australian wines.Liaising with the Head Chef to plan menus, monitor food quality, and control costs.Analyzing performance data and generating reports to inform decision-making.Our food philosophy emphasizes consistency and quality.Additional InformationSalary will be matched to experience.
