Tucked under the iconic Story Bridge, right on the Brisbane River, Yoko Dining is a vibrant Japanese restaurant bringing the electric energy of Tokyo's nightlife to the heart of Howard Smith Wharves.

We're known for our bold, fun vibe – from premium sashimi and wagyu grilled over Hibachi, to creative cocktails and a wine list that celebrates everything from old-world classics to the new and natural. It's a place for great food, great drinks, and great times – and we're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who shares that spirit.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2–3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Brings a positive, professional attitude and is keen to keep learning
  • Has solid knowledge of wine and classic cocktails
  • Understands food and beverage operations and wants to keep developing
  • Shows honesty, humility, and integrity
  • Is available to work part of the weekend
  • Has strong leadership skills and leads by example
