We are seeking new staff to join us at multiple venues across Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, Hamilton, and West End.

Our venues, operated by Tassis Group, include Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar & Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, Fosh, Rich and Rare, Longwang, Fatcow, Pompette, and Dark Shepherd at the Casino, Stilts, and Mulga Bills at the Green Bridge, with Aunty on Wandoo St opening soon. We offer a diverse range of cuisines, including Australian Steakhouse, seafood, Greek, Italian, and Latin cuisines. Our goal is to deliver the ultimate customer experience through excellent service and outstanding food and drinks.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

We are looking for customer-focused Restaurant Managers / Supervisors who can :

  • Work as part of the Food and Beverage team to foster a culture of superior customer service
  • Supervise line staff, with a good understanding of all operational areas within the restaurant
  • Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Train and supervise bar and wait staff to ensure high product knowledge and exceptional service
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in the work area
  • Read, modify, and manage staff rosters as needed
  • Handle cash, perform till reconciliation, and manage opening and closing procedures
  • Control stock levels and inventory
  • This role involves day, weekend, and night shifts, including split shifts.
Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a high-volume hospitality role
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Current RSA and relevant qualifications
