Established in 2000, **The Meat & Wine Co** prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a **full service, casual fine dining steakhouse** that specialises in **dry-aging steaks** and has an **impressive wine selection**. Our teams pride themselves on their **people first culture** and **training and development**.

Our **Southbank **restaurant is looking for **Bartenders** to join the team - **20 - 30** hours available. **Part time contract.**

**What we are looking for**:

- A desire to join a fun and supportive restaurant team
- Previous Bar experience is beneficial
- A solid understanding of wine and its service or an interest to learn
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A current RSA
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
