We're seeking a part-time bartender to work weekends with a positive attitude and sound cocktail knowledge. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean environment, and preparing and serving a variety of drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment
  • Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records and perform opening and closing duties

Our bar is located in one of Melbourne's most vibrant inner-city suburbs. We offer a family-friendly culture, complimentary meals on shifts, and competitive wages based on experience.

We're looking for someone committed to long-term employment with at least 2 years' bartending experience, some knowledge of table and floor service, and a valid Victorian RSA license.
