Bartender Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Drink Orders: Utilize measuring systems to prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes.
  • Wine Service: Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles as needed.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Garnishes and Supplies: Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Logistics and Cleaning: Transport supplies to the bar set-up area, wash soiled glassware, remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables, and place them in designated areas.
  • Communication and Replenishment: Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure seamless service.
  • Payment Processing: Process all payment methods efficiently.
  • End-of-Shift Duties: Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank funds.
  • Security and Compliance: Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Closing Duties: Complete closing duties as required.About Our Team:
