**About You**
Immediate interviews are available for an Aged Care Facility Manager. Preferably we are seeking a dynamic manager who is ready for an exciting period of growth with this family-owned business. A driven personality with experience in Aged Care change management will thrive in this opportunity

**About the Role**:
Lead an exceptional medium sized facility which is located in the leafy North Shore Sydney suburb. This stable facility has an existing, highly regarded and stable Clinical Manager who will make this role a dream You will be overseeing the budgeting, operations and finances of the site.

As the Facility Manager, you will be leading a team of established and dedicated professionals.
- Reporting to the Executive Manager
- Financial and Budgeting responsibilities
- Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation
- Develop and implement policies relevant to Aged Care standards

**Requirements**:

- Driven personality and passion for Aged Care
- Dynamic and Adaptable personality
- ACFI and Accreditation experience
- Experience as a Residential Site Manager or Director of Nursing is ideal but not required
- AHPRA Nursing registration
