Facilities Manager Role

This position oversees maintenance activities and team management to ensure seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of skilled technicians to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, encompassing facility and contractor management.
  • Promote safety practices throughout the team and across the site.
  • Manage maintenance-related expenditures and inventory control for efficient facility operation.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all facilities systems, including power distribution and automated material handling equipment.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A formal trade qualification, such as Certificate III In Electrotechnology or Certificate III Mechanical Engineering (Fitter/Turner).
  • Industrial maintenance experience, including leadership experience managing multi-trade teams.
  • Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), contractor management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
