We are seeking a experienced
**Facility Manager** to represent an internationally recognised Facilities Management brand. You will be working with a dedicated on-site team for one of their major clients within telecommunications.

The
**Facilities Manager** is responsible for developing and maintaining a highly functional workplace, which fosters collaboration, innovation and agility. This is a
**broad **and
**varied** position where you will be responsible for the day to day facilities, stakeholder management and operations of the building.
- **4 week temporary assignment starting on Monday 8th May**:

- **Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week**:

- **Macquarie Park location (Parking Onsite)**

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Primary point of contact for internal customers with FM related queries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance, security and cleaning are reported and followed-up
- Manage the day to day building vendor relationships
- Monitor and maintain contract performance measures
- Maintain a current knowledge of all of relevant legislation and government guidelines

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a
**facilities/building management or property management background**. You will be a proactive individual with the ability
**to self-manage and take ownership** of your work and demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement skills.
