This role is in the vehicle refinishing sector based in Perth.
This role combinessales expertise with technical know-how, helping customers get the best results from ourVehicle Refinishbrands and products while building strong, long-term relationships.
No previous sales experience?
No problem — sales training will be provided to set you up for success.
You'll work closely with body shops, distributors, and end-users, providing technical advice, training, and tailored solutions — all while driving sales growth across your territory.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
Promote and sell our premium refinishing solutions to body shops and distributors
Provide on-site technical demonstrations, product training, and support
Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in technical roles within the automotive, coatings, or refinishing industry (workshop, body shop, distribution or product support experience welcomed)
A willingness to learn sales skills – no prior sales experience required (full sales training provided)
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle refinishing products and processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel across the assigned region with some international travel
