**Responsibilities**- Answering incoming calls,- Spare Parts interpretation using Daikin's Service Data Bank,
- Data entry of customer orders into the nominated computer system,
- Ensure that all parts are received, stored, and dispatched to the appropriate customers,
- Process returned stock and credits,
- Assist with stocktakes,- Process front desk counter sales using EFTPOS and credit cards,- Oversee and assist where required store person's allocated tasks so they are performed safely, timely and accurately,
- Hold monthly toolbox meetings,
- General warehousing storage and distribution tasks to deliver customer requirements.
- General administration tasks (EG; Filing)

**Technical Competencies**:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Exposure to SAP (Desirable)
- Data Entry speed and accuracy skills
- Customer Service skills
- Forklift ticket.
- Previous experience in similar role

- Ability to work without close supervision and recognise when matters are to be referred to the line Manager,
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly to achieve deadlines and timeframes,
- Ability to produce clear, timely and concise documentation,
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people
- Well-developed problem-solving skills that allow for resolution of issues within reasonable timeframes,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions,
- Demonstrated skills in developing long term and strong relationships with all employees, clients, and suppliers,
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to various situations

- Responsible for adherence to company policies, quality management processes and objectives and OH&S requirements relating to the warehouse, machinery and office.
