We are seeking an **experienced** individual to oversee the daily operations of our modern medical practice located in Milsons Point.

This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a Practice Manager role, leveraging your extensive experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Overseeing daily operations of the practice
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes
- Managing staff and fostering a positive work environment
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals and patients
- Implementing and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a Senior Receptionist or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in practice management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
