Do you have a passion for communication? Do you like to facilitate effective conversations? We have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing team where you will be able to utilise your expertise to enhance communication within ECH.

**The role**

As the Internal Communication Lead, you will ensure effective internal communications activity is maintained across ECH. As well as partnering with business areas to support them in creating meaningful and targeted communications, you will also provide guidance and oversight of the ECH Intranet as well as facilitate employee gatherings such as Town Hall meetings and Senior Leadership Forums.

**What you'll be doing**
- Partner with internal business areas to prepare and distribute targeted internal communications.
- Design & implement strategies which support structured communications
- Support and manage staff events
- Create engagement campaigns for identified days of recognition throughout the year
- Ensure all internal communication channels are appropriate and accessible
- Partner with business areas to ensure communication technology is understood and used effectively

**You will need**
- Experience in facilitating effective internal communications
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)
