Internal Communication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective internal communications activity is maintained across the organisation.

  • Foster a culture of open and transparent communication throughout the organisation.
  • Partner with business areas to support them in creating meaningful and targeted communications.
  • Provide guidance and oversight of the Intranet.
  • Facilitate employee gatherings such as Town Hall meetings and Senior Leadership Forums.
About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and communicate key messages.
