About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our internal communications strategy.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert advice on communication channels, deliver targeted campaigns, manage stakeholder engagement, and produce high-quality content to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective internal communication plan that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute delivery of the internal communications strategy through various channels, including presentations, social media, campaigns, stories, newsletters, forums, and events.
  • Prepare engaging, strategically aligned content for internal audiences, leveraging a range of formats and mediums.
  • Project manage the delivery of internal events and communication campaigns that foster staff engagement and collaboration.
  • Provide critical communication support during significant incidents that impact employee wellbeing, customer service, and/or organizational reputation.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies and plans that drive business results.
  • Experience working in a large, complex organization, including managing communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audience needs.
