As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and high-performing Project Manager to lead the construction of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF), bulk earthworks, and road infrastructure projects.This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Executive Director – Engineering and Construction, where you'll oversee large-scale civil works, manage multidisciplinary teams, and deliver safe, on-time, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.What We're Looking For· Proven 10+ years' management experience in civil construction.
· Strong background in bulk earthworks, road construction, and tailings dam/TSF projects.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver major projects safely, on time, and within budget.
· Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing engineers, surveyors, superintendents, supervisors, planners, and HSE professionals.
· Commercially astute with strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
· A collaborative leader who builds strong client relationships and drives team accountability.What You'll Be Doing· Lead the full lifecycle of TSF and bulk earthworks projects — from planning to delivery.
· Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client and contractual requirements.
· Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and client standards.
· Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary project team (Engineer, Surveyor, Superintendent, Supervisors, Planner/Cost Controller, HSE).
· Report directly to the Executive Director and provide transparent updates on project performance.
· Represent PCH Civil with professionalism, delivering projects that reflect our values of Excellence, Progress, Teamwork, and Leadership.What's On Offer· Drive in Drive out (DIDO) arrangement.
