Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is currently hiring a casual aged care support worker.
The purpose of the role is to assist elderly clients in performing daily tasks and improve overall independence and wellbeing in a home or community setting.Location: Fairfield Heights NSW.Job responsibilities:Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc.Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation, shopping.Training clients to care for themselves and educate family members.Social support to improve clients' wellbeing and independence.Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.Attend company online and offline training as required.
About youConfident and calm manner.Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adaptcommunication skills to each client you work with.Availability to work on Tuesday and Friday morning.Ability to speak Arabic is a must.
Desirable Qualifications:Experience on working with people with elderly people.Certificate Level III in Individual Support or Aging.Current Police Check.Full driver licence and access to a vehicle.
