Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering impactful marketing that connects with audiences and drives brand growth.ROLE IN A NUTSHELLThe Marketing Coordinator (DTC) is a predominantly content-focused role supporting the Marketing Manager across Designworks' DTC brands Volley, Umbro, Everlast and others.
You'll create engaging, on-brand content across social, eCommerce, and broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging that resonates with our audience.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGManage social media content - scheduling, posting, global approvals, and community engagementDevelop creative content, including graphics, photography, and lead generation campaignsCollaborate with influencers - discovery, relationship management, content briefing, approvalsBrief and work alongside the performance marketing team to maximise impactMonitor trends, competitor activity, and potential brand partnershipsSupport eCommerce activities - product enrichment, photography, and planning calendarsAssist with brand activations and events, amplifying brand partner activityUndertake post-implementation reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementABOUT YOUYou are a digital native with hands-on experience using social media scheduling tools and a creative flair for content creation, always keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
You are proficient in graphic design, preferably with Adobe Creative Suite, and have exceptional project management, organisational, and communication skills.
