We're lookingfor a talented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning team at Crusader Caravans, a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of high-quality, full composite caravans based in Epping, VIC. With a strong reputation for innovation and superior build quality, we are leaders in the Australian caravan industry.

As our next Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life, coordinating with our diverse dealer network, and supporting the Marketing Manager on exciting projects including new product development, branding initiatives, market research, and managing sponsorship opportunities. This is an engaging and hands-on role where you'll gain valuable experience and have plenty of room to learn and grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with the creation of brochures, websites, and managing sponsorship opportunities (including new product development, branding initiatives, and market research).
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders on campaign execution, including Social Media community management, SEO, and EDMs.
  • Coordinating marketing activities with our dealer network and assisting in maintaining the dealer network updated on all marketing activities.

Requirements and Specific Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including our dealer network.
  • Experience with digital marketing concepts including social media platforms, SEO best practices, and EDMs.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with graphic design tools or coordinating with designers (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
