About the role This newly created Marketing Coordinator position offers a dynamic blend of creativity and organisation, supporting end-to-end delivery of national campaigns, premium events, and digital content.
Working closely with a tight-knit marketing team, the role spans everything from campaign rollouts and brand activations to backend admin and agency liaison.
In this role you will End-to-end support on national campaigns and assist in the planning and execution of brand activations and content shoots Support with liaising with agencies Coordinate major events, guest list creation and RSVP tracking Post-event reporting and campaign wrap-ups Maintain backend admin and reporting, including Excel, Net Suite and Power Point Support creation of marketing assets (EDMs, social, branded content)Occasional travel for shoots/events Work closely with Nick on digital content (socials, basic analytics)About you2+ years in a marketing support, events, or coordinator role Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Experience with luxury goods, retail or events (desirable)Meticulous with meeting notes, campaign logistics, and spreadsheets Strong communicator who enjoys working across departments Exposure to campaign coordination and/or events Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Power Point)Familiarity with Net Suite or Salesforce (training provided)Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics Experience liaising with creative and digital agencies How to Apply Should this opportunity be of interest to you click on the APPLY button or contact Maisie Sheffield at maisies@sde.com.au for a confidential discussion.
