Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver marketing content, collateral, campaigns, and projects. You will be responsible for managing branded collateral and content across all channels, supporting the marketing function through efficient coordination and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Marketing Service Helpdesk Function
  • Support the Marketing Team by Responding to All Marketing Queries
  • Implement Agile Methodologies to Manage Departmental Workflow Across All Channels
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Degree in Marketing/Communications (or related discipline)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar marketing role with responsibility for collateral and content development and project co-ordination across various channels in large and complex organisations
  • Proven experience in writing, reviewing and developing comprehensive marketing briefs and production schedules across various marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to proactively manage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
