Maas Residential Properties are seeking a marketing coordinator to support the Marketing Business Partner Real Estate in designing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner, the Marketing Coordinator will focus on providing support, designing & creating marketing collateral and assist in implementing marketing initiatives to increase sales activity and enquiry.

**_This is a casual role over 2 days per week (16 hours) based in our Lidcombe office. _**

Maas are proud to be market leaders and industry specialist in delivering new land and home sales through our diverse residential communities' portfolio. Our enviable pipeline of projects is strategically located within the regional growth centres of, Dubbo, Orange, Mudgee, Tamworth, Bathurst, Lithgow, Griffith and Rockhampton.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Valuable member of the Residential team, actively designing, creating and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the MAAS offering including the various Estates land and house product inventory
- Create, design, implement and manage marketing collateral and campaigns including but not limited to social media, Google Ad word, EDMs, digital and print ads, brochures, Billboards and sales events.
- Co-ordinate property photography and display homes furniture setups and re-locations
- Assist with all marketing collateral for sales initiatives
- Uploading listings to Real Estate portals and sales CRM
- Participate in weekly sales & marketing meetings
- Assist in organising and attend sales events as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Any other tasks and responsibilities that are considered appropriate and relevant to the role of Marketing Coordinator

**Essential requirements**:

- Have a desire to build on a career in marketing
- Previous experience in real estate marketing preferred
- Proficiency within multiple office IT and marketing systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Photoshop, HubSpot, Social Media Platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Productive and efficient multi-tasker, with proactive and flexible time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ambitious, adaptable, friendly, energetic and wanting a long and rewarding career within a team that values success and growth
