Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) provide a range of programs to
**help families stay together** and close to the care they need when a child is diagnosed with a serious illness.

Their programs & services include Ronald MacDonald Houses, Family rooms within hospitals, Family retreats and the Ronald McDonald Learning Program across 11 geographical chapters.

RMHC Australia ensures brand consistency and oversees communications and corporate partnerships on a national level across its federated model.

**About the Role**

Due to a recent restructuring, RMHC Australia is recruiting a small number of new roles. Reporting to RMHC Australia's CEO and sitting within the senior leadership team, the General Manager, Brand and Engagement will play a crucial role in
**protecting bran**d usage and
**fostering engagement** for the organisation.

Using your
**strategic vision, leadership skills,** and passion for brand management, the General Manager, Brand and Engagement will contribute to enhancing brand recognition, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth.

Leading a small team of six people, you will
**motivate and support** their success across brand marketing and national corporate partnership activities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to
**make a significant impact** on a national scale, ensuring RMHC continues to deliver its crucial services to families across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a visible and approachable leader creating strong internal relationships with Chapter CEOs and Marketing and Fundraising leaders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to increase awareness, trust, and support for RMHC Australia and its Chapters.
- Lead the Brand and Engagement team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Drive external National stakeholder engagement efforts, collaborating with RMHC Chapters
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Lead and work closely with the National Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to ensure high quality stewardship, innovative thinking and achievement of revenue goals nationally with corporate partnerships.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster connections with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and the broader community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand and engagement activities, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand representation and engagement efforts.

**Your Skills and Attributes**:

- Proven experience in a senior-level role leading impactful brand strategies.
- Experience driving national strategic partnerships and cross organisation brand campaigns.
- Demonstrated success working within a large federated business model
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovative initiatives.
- Sound understanding of marketing and fundraising principles
- Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector or service-oriented industries is essential
